Appointments
We work on a week by week diary and can even book same day appointments for any urgent requests. f
ACCESS
For a rental properties we provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to tenants for access . If your property is vacant we are able to collect keys from a near by location or from your estate agent.
CERTIFICATES
Our aim is to produce our work back to you within 24 hours which is sent via email along with the invoice.
EPCs
Domestic energy performance certificates were introduced in 2007 and are required by law when a property is built, sold or rented. The EPC will contain information on a properties typical energy costs and energy usage ranging from a A to G rating. The higher the rating the lower the running costs. EPCs are valid for 10 years before they need to be renewed.
In April 2018 ‘Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards’ (MEES) were introduced, this requires a rental property to have an EPC rating of an E or above on the A – G rating scale. If the EPC has an F or a G rating the property must have improvements made to increase the rating to at least an E rating in order to let the property. Improvement measures are listed on the certificate and we also offer a consultation service to guide you further on this.
Once the assessment at your property is complete, the certificate will then be emailed to you and published onto the public register within 24 hours of site visit.
Our experienced energy assessors are fully insured and CRB checked and are also part of an accreditation scheme where our work is regularly audited to ensure standards are met.

Floorplans
A Floorpan is a drawing that shows you the layout of a property from an aerial view along with the position of walls, windows, doors and fittings.
Floorplans are essential for online property listings as this gives potential buyers and tenants a visual layout of the property along with the true size and potential of every room.
